Soothing Ingredients and Pure Essential Oils: Oilogic Soothe & Sitz bath soak is formulated with only 2 ingredients – soothing Oatmeal and Epsom Salt to help soothe the perineal area. The scalp oil is formulated with 100% pure essential oils and other plant-based oils including Eucalyptus Oil, Rosemary Oil, Soybean Oil, Canola Oil, Castor Oil and Almond Oil to support and strengthen during postpartum hair loss.
Bath Soak Directions: Pour 2 cups of the epsom salt bath soak into the bathtub under running water. Gently swirl with hands to help dissolve. For a sitz bath, dissolve ½ cup in 2–3 inches of warm water. In a sitz bath (sold separately), dissolve 1–2 tablespoons in 2–3 inches of warm water. Soak the perineal area for 15–20 minutes.
Hair & Scalp Essential Oil Serum Directions: Section hair into 4 parts and apply oil to scalp. Massage with fingers and comb through to ends of hair. Leave in overnight or as desired. For use postpartum as hair begins to thin or shed.
